CHURCH CLEANERS AND FLOWER ARRANGERS FOR NOVEMBER

CHURCH FLOWERS 6th Sue Flint 13th and 20th Jennie Skeaping

CHURCH CLEANER Nicky Howells

We have had a very busy October with the talk on the Amazon by Fiona Ogg which provided a very interesting, enjoyable evening. We raised £300 towards our Waterloo project. The church was decorated so beautifully for harvest time and special thanks go to the Cornelius family for leading the service and auction. This raised £300 which went to the Stamford food bank. We all enjoyed a light lunch in the church afterwards. It was good to have so many volunteers to help with clearing up the churchyard that weekend. Thank you to all those who gave their time so generously to make all the events so pleasant and successful; everyone is always welcome.

Please make good use of the SHARING BOX in the church porch. We want to reach out to everyone in the village; you don’t need to come to church to use the box. Any fresh produce can be left alongside and we will remove if not used.

We are now able to keep the church open all Sunday.

Jam Club is on the first Sunday of the month in village Hall. Contact Paul on tel 590052
