CHURCH CLEANERS AND FLOWER ARRANGERS FOR FEBRUARY
CHURCH FLOWERS Sue Flint
CHURCH CLEANER Sue Flint
We hope and pray that Covid will not spoil the year and that vaccinations as well as prayer will help us overcome this virus. We pray for all those who are sick, in hospital or awaiting treatment or operations and for those who do the caring.
Because of a very high incident of Covid over the holiday, the Christmas Day Service was cancelled and only held on Zoom. We do apologise for any disappointment it caused you and your families. In January some of the church services were in church and backed up by Zoom and this may continue in February, but we all have to be very flexible responding to the latest local developments. Please don’t let this deter you from attending church and everyone is welcome to tune into Zoom. Information can be obtained by phoning Liz Nunn or Rosie Nelson.
JAM CLUB: The club is open to all 4-13 year olds. Find out more by contacting Liz Nunn tel 590861.It starts again on SUNDAY 6th February 2022 in the village hall, all new- comers welcome as well as those who haven’t been for ages; do start again.

WORKS
This maybe the year we get the water connection and an inside toilet. However, we are at the mercy of the church planners so we wait and pray for the go – ahead. We are also planning more work to improve the church yard and the safety of the trees.
You may like to consider joining the working party that help keep the church yard tidy as we will be having another Saturday working group in the spring.
You may be interested to visit a new exhibition where Pauline has two paintings and her nature journal, Lincolnshire Lockdown, displayed from 21st January for a month. It is called “Made in Lockdown”, an art exhibition in Peterborough Cathedral.
Please check on page 16 for all the services in the three churches.
