Greetings to you all from St Mary Magdalene’s Church
I hope you are all well and looking forward to the Summer holidays. On the farm we are busy getting ready for harvest. The Swallows have finally arrived, it is lovely to see them darting in and out of the barns. It is amazing to think how far they have travelled.
This month we would like to give thanks for all the couples preparing for their Summer Weddings. We wish you all a wonderful day and a very happy life together.
Thank you to everyone who helped to decorate the Church so beautifully for the Platinum Jubilee. It was wonderful to see you all for the Jubilee service. It was a weekend when many memories were made. My favourite moment was Her Majesty the Queen taking tea with Paddington Bear!!
To all those who are ill at home or in hospital our thoughts and prayers are with you
