St. Mary Magdalene’s Church Essendine – Jan 2021

A Happy New Year to you all and a huge thank you to everyone who has supported and visited St Mary Magdalene Church during 2020. I hope you are all keeping well and managed to enjoy a wonderful Christmas.

A special thanks goes to Revd Jo Saunders and to all the people who work hard behind the scenes to support our village church. It’s been a difficult year but hopefully things will begin to return to normal during 2021.

We have had a quiet year for 2020. Sadly we lost two dear friends and

supporters of the church this year Dennis Chappell and Ginger Waters. Our thoughts and prayers are with both families as a new year begins.

Please keep warm and be careful in this cold weather and look out for your friends and neighbours.

To all those who are ill at home or in hospital our thoughts and prayers are with you.

FAMILY SERVICE: Sunday 3rd January at 10.00am. This is an all age service of Morning prayer led by Katy and Anne. Everyone is very

welcome to attend.

HOLY COMMUNION: A service of Holy Communion will take place at St Mary’s Church on Sundays 10th and 24th January at 9.00am. Everyone is very welcome to attend.
