Stamford Methodist Circuit BARN WEEKEND May 21-22. Everyone is invited –
whether connected with the Church or not. Activities for all ages Saturday 2 till 7and
Sunday morning worship 10.30, followed by picnic and games. Connect with God,
with arming, with the Earth & its creatures, with each other. Theme: “METAMORPHOSIS.” Venue: Normanton Lodge Farm. LE15 8RW. Queries, or if you need a lift, please contact the minister or one of the church stewards.

COFFEE, CAKE & CHAT. Thurs 5th May, 10a.m.-12. in the hall. All welcome – meet
others and relax over a cuppa with cake. Bring a friend if you like – there’s always
more than enough to go round!
GOOD VIBES: Sat. May 14th, 10a.m.-12. ALL WELCOME – a kind of Community
Gospel Choir for Ryhall. Acapella, harmonies, enjoyment. No need to read music.
Come and find your voice! At Ryhall Methodist Church (back hall).
BIBLE STUDY & PRAYER GROUP: Thursdays May 12th, 2p.m. And May 26th 2
p.m. In the chapel back hall
ADVANCE NOTICE: Sun June 5th, 3p.m. Garden Service in Mr & Mrs. Hindmarch’s
garden opposite the chapel on Mill Street (for which we are very grateful). Come and
celebrate The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and Pentecost Sunday: Beautiful gardens,
delicious refreshments, wonderful singing (that’s up to all of us!!)
The Ryhall churches (St. John’s and Methodists) are looking for volunteers to help
with Open the Book, a group to act out Bible stories at the school. If you would like to
find out more, please ask William or Rev Jo Saunders.
