Ryhall Methodist Church – Apr 2021

Easter joy to you, whether you can get out much yet or are still self-isolating. We may still have to avoid hand shakes or hugs, but Jesus Christ is risen from death, and can embrace us all, wherever we are.

We don’t have a date yet, but Ryhall Methodist Church plans to re-open for Sunday worship within the next few months. For a year the building has been closed to help keep everyone safe. It will be great to actually worship with others rather than just virtually through TV, computer or phone screen. During the closure, we hope you have enjoyed the interactive displays on the railings and front of the church.

We have improved the building with new entrance doors, and doors inside from the porch. The rear hall should soon have a new floor. These are major improvements to make it more sustainable, comfortable, adaptable, accessible and available for village and church groups. If you are wanting premises for a group, please get in touch. We need to do lots of fundraising for this – so, any ideas, please say!

Our weekly Bible Study meetings are on Thursdays at 2.30 on Zoom. To join in, please contact me and I will send you the Zoom invitation.

Our weekly 10.30 a.m. Sunday on-line services are accessible via Facebook by joining the group ‘Ryhall Methodist Church’ through the Stamford

Methodist Circuit website. They remain on You tube (put in the You tube search box “Act of worship for Stamford Methodist Circuit” and the date) or on: https://stamfordmethodistchurch.online.church/

Access for daily 7p.m.Evening Prayers is as for Sunday services.

All are welcome.
