Crunch time – we need your help fundraising! 

Mallard Pass’s application should have been submitted by now to the Planning Inspectorate. Once it’s been accepted, it will enter the pre-examination phase in the New Year, and then the full examination in the spring. It’s then you have the opportunity to put your views across to the PI – they are the examining authority who will submit the final recommendation to the Secretary of State. 

The documentation from the application will be immense and complex. To stand the best possible chance of defeating Mallard Pass, we require the expertise of specialists to identify the relevant legal and material planning arguments, articulating them in our submissions and during the hearings. We therefore intend to use the services of a Planning Consultant and a Junior Barrister to ensure we can represent the community effectively, if we can raise enough funds. This is where YOU come in, and we can’t do this without your HELP. We need to raise £15,000. Timing is important, so please donate ASAP either via:
